African Union prevents Zionist delegation from entering its headquarters

SANAA, Feb. 15 (YPA) – The African Union has prevented on Thursday a Zionist delegation from entering its headquarters to present its point of view on the ongoing war on the Gaza Strip, during the meetings of the 44th Executive Council of the Union.

The Qatari channel “Al Jazeera” quoted a source that the Union refused the participation of the director general of the Israeli Foreign Ministry in its meetings, and that the Israeli delegation tried again to convince some countries in the Union to support Israel’s membership as an observer.

On the other hand, an Arab diplomat said that a Zionist delegation tried to enter by claiming to meet with delegations of some countries that have relations with Tel Aviv, but was not allowed to enter, explaining that the presence of this delegation has nothing to do in any way with the meetings of the African Union, according to the New Arab website.
