Israeli occupation forces storm Jenin

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Feb. 07 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Jenin early Wednesday morning, Palestinian sources reported.

According to the sources, large forces of the enemy’s army, reinforced with military vehicles and bulldozers, entered the city from Haifa Street.

The bulldozers began demolishing infrastructure in Al-Zahraa neighborhood at the outskirts of the camp and near the Jordanian field hospital. They also destroyed the surroundings of Jenin Education Street and the Railway Street.

The enemy army fired bullets at citizens gathered in front of Jenin Governmental Hospital.

Clashes erupted in the camp and neighborhoods of Jenin, including Cinema Square.

Moreover, Confrontations with occupation forces took place at Barqeen Roundabout and near the village of Kafr Qud.

The sources added that Zionist reconnaissance aircraft flew over the city and its camp during the incursion.

The enemy deployed snipers on the rooftops of some buildings amid mass deployments of the occupation forces near Nazareth Street.
