ICJ forms tripartite committee to monitor Zionist entity’s compliance with its decision

THE HAGUE, Feb. 01 (YPA) – The expert in international law, Dr. Lawyer Mustafa Nasrallah, said on Thursday that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) formed a committee composed of three judges to provide it with a report on the extent of the Zionist entity’s commitment to precautionary measures to prevent genocide crimes and to provide it to the court within one month.

Nasrallah added to “Jordan 24” that all massacres committed by the Israeli occupation are documented by human rights organizations and other countries, and South Africa is provided with them, as it is the plaintiff country.

He stated that the State of South Africa could, after the end of the month and the court’s decision, go to the Security Council to assume its responsibilities and issue a decision to use Chapter Seven and the Use of Force, or Chapter Six, to form international forces to monitor the situation, similar to what happened in southern Lebanon.

Nasrallah said that the committee is also monitoring the situation closely and what is being reported about massacres in Gaza and Palestine in order to present its report in detail, noting that the killings and massacres have not stopped since the decision was issued.

He pointed out that the ICJ’s decision will be one of the means of proof before the International Criminal Court.
