Palestine demands formation of international team to probe Zionist enemy’s massacres in Gaza

RAMALLAH, Jan. 31 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on Wednesday for forming an international field investigation team into the Zionist enemy’s massacres and the conditions of missing persons and detainees from the Gaza Strip.

In a statement issued today, the ministry demanded that an international team visit the Gaza Strip in order to examine the extent and dimensions of the crime of genocide to which Palestinian people are exposed.

The ministry emphasized that the discovery of the mass grave containing more than 30 decomposed bodies of martyrs buried in the northern Gaza Strip, who were killed while blindfolded and with their hands tied, is clear evidence that they were executed in a field manner without accountability or supervision.

The statement pointed out that the discovery of this cemetery reflects the scale of the tragedy to which civilians are exposed, the mass massacres and executions of even detainees, in flagrant and gross violation of all relevant international norms and laws.
