GAZA, Jan. 31 (YPA) – At least 11 civilians were killed and others were injured in an Israeli shelling targeting a house in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip.
According to the local sources, eleven people were killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombardment of a house in the al-Hadba area in Deir Al-Balah.
Israeli occupation warplanes also bombed a house in the Bureij refugee camp, in central Gaza, resulting in the wounding of several people.
The occupation’s shelling also targeted a group of citizens east of the al-Bureij refugee camp, causing injuries to at least three people.
According to sources, the occupation launched airstrikes on the Nuseirat refugee camp, the northern parts of the town of Beit Lahia and the eastern parts of Khan Yunis, in central, northern and southern Gaza, respectively.
Meanwhile, the occupation forces fired missiles randomly at citizens’ homes in the Al-Sina’a area, west of Gaza City.
Local sources said that the bodies of dozens of people were scattered in the streets west and southwest of Gaza City as a result of the continuous bombing and shooting by the occupation tanks and drones.
Also, a child was killed by Israeli forces’ bullets near Al-Shifa Hospital, west of Gaza City.
The ongoing Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7 of last year has so far resulted in the killing of 26,751 people and the wounding of about 65,636 others. At least 8,000 citizens were reported missing.
