Government confirms stability of oil derivatives, gas supplies

SANAA, Jan. 22 (YPA) – The Parliament discussed on Monday the stability of oil and gas supplies with the government side, led by Deputy Minister of Oil and Minerals, Yasser Al-Wahidi.

Al-Wahidi confirmed that the Ministry of Oil and Minerals has implemented measures to monitor supply and denied the truth of rumors being circulated to create a state of panic among citizens regarding oil and gas.

He reassured citizens that household oil and gas are available at all stations in the capital and the province.

In the Parliament session, the speaker of the parliament, Yahya Al-Rai, stressed the importance of activating the regulatory agencies to monitor the extent of the fuel stations’ commitment to providing domestic oil and gas to citizens.
