ICC launches platform for submitting complaints, evidence on Israeli occupation’s crimes in Gaza

WORLD, Jan. 12 (YPA) – The Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has launched a website to enable individuals and bodies to submit complaints online about occupation crimes in Palestine to the court.

The website includes the option to add photos and video clips showing the crimes of the Israeli occupation against Palestinians for consideration. Those who have information relevant to current events in Palestine are asked to submit their submissions via the website.

It is essential that the information provided through this portal relates to crimes within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, namely war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, or aggression.

This coincides with the start of the two-day hearings today in the “genocide” case filed by the Republic of South Africa against the Israeli occupation before the International Court of Justice, in which the parties will be represented by experienced lawyers.

The world is awaiting how the Israeli occupation will defend itself in court regarding charges of genocide in Gaza.
