NABLUS, Jan. 10 (YPA) – Special forces of the Israeli occupation stormed on Wednesday the city of Nablus, besieged the Old City there, and arrested a young Palestinian man.
Palestinian sources reported that the occupation special forces stormed the Blacksmiths Market inside the Old City, surrounded a house, and arrested the citizen Nasr Mabrouka from inside the town.
Many military jeeps and vehicles also stormed the city from several directions, besieging all entrances to the Old City, and a number of snipers mounted the rooftops of houses in its vicinity.
According to the sources, the occupation forces have raided several homes and offices so far and destroyed their contents. Several institutions announced that employees’ working hours would be delayed by one hour, due to the ongoing storming of the city.
