Israeli soldiers targeted in Gaza sniper operation

GAZA, Jan. 03 (YPA) – One Israeli soldier was killed and another one wounded on Wednesday in a sniper operation by Al-Quds Brigades in Gaza Strip.

Al-Quds Brigades said in a statement that the operation was carried out in Bureij camp.

The Brigades said that its fighters bombed occupation military crowds in the vicinity of Imam Ali Mosque in the Ma’an area, east of Khan Yunis, with 60-caliber mortar shells.

The statement added that they engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli soldiers’ vehicles on the front lines in the northern Gaza Strip.
