Armed man arrested after breaking into Colorado Supreme Court

WORLD, Jan. 03 (YPA) – US police have arrested a man after he broke into the Colorado Supreme Court and opened fire inside the building, causing serious material damage.

The Colorado Supreme Court recently declared former President Donald Trump unfit to run for president in the western US state, but police ruled out a link between the case and the building break-in.

CNN quoted prison records as saying that the man accused of shooting is scheduled to appear before the judge at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday and that the charges against him are arson of the first degree, aggravated robbery and robbery of the second degree.
