Yemen witnesses changes in weather conditions

SANAA, Dec. 23 (YPA) – Yemen has witnessed changes in temperatures in mountainous and desert provinces during coming 24 hours, according to National Center of Meteorology.

The center expected, on its weather bulletin, the weather will old in Dhamar, Bayda, Amran, Sanaa, Saada, Dhalea and Ibb, as well as Taiz, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout, Jawf, Marib, Hajjah, Mahweet and Rayma.

It said active to strong winds, ranging in speed between 15-25 knots, may blow around the Socotra Archipelago, the western coast, and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab.

The center alerted citizens, especially the elderly, children, patients, and workers during the night and early morning, to take the necessary precautions against the cold weather.
