Former US ambassador to occupation: Hamas will not be defeated

WORLD, Dec. 23 (YPA) – Former US Ambassador to the Israeli occupation State, Martin Indyk, commented on Friday on the developments of the war waged by “Israel” on Gaza since October 7.

“Today is a turning point in Israel when leading journalists (Barnea, Bergman, Caspit etc.) tell the Israeli public what Netanyahu will not tell them: that Hamas is bruised but will not be defeated and the best that can be done now is to negotiate a return of the hostages at a high price,” Martin Indyk said in a post on his X account.

Earlier, the Hebrew newspaper Haaretz referred to the profession of “lying in the occupation entity, and the false political propaganda practiced by political and military leaders and the media, directed at the settlers to delude them of the army’s ability to achieve victories.

According to the Hebrew newspaper, politicians, reserve generals, and journalists came together in a false political propaganda campaign that “exploded in our faces on the morning of October 7,” adding that the settlers “love those who lie to them.”
