UN resumes its tenth emergency special session on Zionist aggression on Gaza

WORLD, Dec. 16 (YPA) – The United Nations General Assembly has resumed its tenth emergency special session to address the grave situation in the Gaza Strip for the second time since the start of the Israeli aggression on the besieged Gaza.

The Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to the United Nations, Ambassador Riyad Mansour, stressed in the speech of the State of Palestine, during the second session held by the General Assembly of this resumed session yesterday evening, that countries have legal and moral obligations to act and work to stop atrocities and save human lives

He confirmed that every child in Gaza faces a death sentence that can be carried out at any moment.

“Through a ceasefire, which is the only way to end the massacres committed against civilians, including children, and to address the humanitarian catastrophe caused by the occupation, at an unprecedented pace, and to address the humanitarian catastrophe caused by the occupation on an unprecedented scale,” he said.
