Army liberates in Lahj new hills from Saudi-backed militiamen

LAHJ, July 9 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Monday liberated several hills in Lahj province from the Saudi-backed militiamen, a military official Said.

The liberated areas are in Kabitah district.

This happened in qualification operation launched by the army, where the army killed and wounded dozens of the militiamen and destroyed a military vehicle belonging to them, during their failed counter-attack to recover the hills.
