SHABWA, Nov. 20 (YPA) – Hundreds of people from Shabwa province, eastern Yemen, which is under the control of UAE-backed factions, went out on Monday in an angry demonstration denouncing the Zionist massacres against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
The demonstrators came out despite the factions affiliated with the Southern Transitional Council (STC) funded by the UAE preventing demonstrations and vigils in support of the Palestinian people in the various southern provinces under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.
The angry protesters raised Palestinian flags in the center of Nissab District, chanting slogans in support of the Palestinian resistance and denouncing the Arab regimes’ service to the Israeli occupation.
The participants in the demonstration called on the Arab and Islamic peoples to stand seriously and responsibly with the people of Gaza, who are defending their land and Islamic sanctities.
The demonstrators denounced the complicity of the Arab regimes and the international community and their turning a blind eye to genocidal massacres in Gaza.
