Palestine’s flag flies on Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy

ROMA, Nov. 18 (YPA) – Activists Italy decorated on Saturday the Leaning Tower of Pisa with the Palestinian flag to conforming in support of the Palestinian cause and in solidarity with the Gaza Strip, which is facing a fierce war and genocide by the Israeli occupation forces.

A video clip was posted on social media platforms to show the Palestinian flag flying from the historic Leaning Tower of Pisa, in addition to colorful fireworks was launched also by activists to draw Palestinian flag.

During the past weeks, Italy has witnessed demonstrations denouncing the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and demanding the rights of the Palestinian people.

The death toll as a result of the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza rose to more than 12,000 martyrs, including 5,000 children and 3,300 women, in addition to more than 30,000 others were wounded, according to the latest stasticts from the government media office in Gaza.
