Brasilia President describes Israel’s act in Gaza as terrorism

BRASILIA, Nov. 16 (YPA) – Brasilia’s President, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, described on Thursday that Israel’s stance towards women and children as terrorism, referring to the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has so far left more than 11,000 martyrs.

“ If I know that there are a lot of children in that place where may be a monster, I cannot kill the children under the pretext of killing the monster,” Da Silva said, during a program on social media.

He called to reform of the Security Council, stressing, “It is unacceptable that there is no solution to the conflict in the Middle East.”

“The United Nations needs to change. The way it works, the right to defect, and other systems are no longer of value in 2023,” the Brazilian’s President continued to say.
