Shura Council condemns Zionist entity’s storming of Al-Shifa Hospital complex in Gaza

SANAA, Nov. 16 (YPA) –  The Shura Council condemned on Thursday in the strongest terms the Zionist entity’s storming of Al-Shifa Hospital complex in the Gaza Strip, the bombing of its drug and medical equipment warehouses, as well as the repeated attacks on hospitals, schools, and places of worship in the Strip.

The Council affirmed in a statement that these crimes, which amount to war crimes against humanity, are added to the series of crimes of the usurping entity against the Palestinian people.

The statement pointed out that the Zionist entity deliberately promoted lies and debunked narratives to bomb hospitals and medical teams, to justify itself committing more crimes and shedding the blood of children, women, and the elderly in full view of the entire world.

The Council called on the international community and the United Nations to stand seriously regarding the genocidal war against the Palestinian people and not be satisfied with statements. It also called for the necessity of activating international laws to stop the war on the Gaza Strip and Palestinian cities and to quickly bring in humanitarian aid.

The statement called on the free people of the world and human rights and humanitarian organizations to quickly intervene to stop the Zionist attacks and put an end to the collective punishment practiced by the Zionist entity against the Palestinians.
