Yemen’s Media Union condemns Israeli decision to ban Al-Mayadeen Network in Palestine

SANAA, Nov. 13 (YPA) – Yemen’s Media Union condemned on Monday the Israeli enemy’s decision to ban Al-Mayadeen Media Network and to confiscate the equipment of its offices in occupied Palestine and the West Bank.

The Union expressed in a statement its full solidarity with the network, including “a channel, website, radio station, and social media platforms.

The statement considered this Zionist attack as a testimony to Al-Mayadeen of the strength of the influence of the channel on the usurping and occupying entity in Palestine and Al-Quds.
“This decision will not weaken Al-Mayadeen TV, but rather increase its strength and presence among the Arab and Islamic audiences,” the Union’s statement added.

It stressed that the attacks committed by the Zionist entity on the media outlets and the journalism and the massacres it committed in Gaza put the world to the reality of this terrorist entity, noting that the Zionist entity daily practices open terrorism against the media and the press, in parallel with its persistence in brutal crime in the Gaza Strip.

The statement called on all media institutions and international organizations to stand seriously to this terrorist entity that makes all brutal crimes and exposes it to public opinion.
