5 American soldiers killed in military aircraft crash in Mediterranean Sea

SANAA, Nov. 12 (YPA) – The US Army announced on Sunday that five of its soldiers were killed as a result of the crash of a military aircraft in the Mediterranean Sea during a training exercise, on Friday.

The US military command in Europe, UKOM, said in a statement: “during a routine air refueling mission as part of a military training, a US military aircraft carrying five army personnel had an unfortunate accident, crashed in the Mediterranean Sea, and the five people on the plane were killed”.
