52 people arrested in US as they call for to end Israeli aggression on Gaza

WORLD, Nov. 04 (YPA) – More than 50 activists have been arrested in Washington after heading to senators’ offices to demand a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the Washington Post reported, citing police.

Earlier, activists of the anti-war movement Codepink published a report on this work. The report noted that the activists came carrying Palestinian flags to the offices of a number of US senators.

The newspaper added: “52 people were arrested. They were accused of organizing illegal protests on the Capitol campus.”

As the war enters its 29th day since the start of ” the “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation, the Israeli army intensifies its bombardment of the Gaza Strip, while Palestinian factions continue to target gatherings of Israeli forces penetrating the Strip.
