UN warns Israeli occupation against bombing Al-Quds Hospital in Gaza

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Oct. 21 (YPA) – The United Nations Special Rapporteur in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Francesca Albanese, warned on Saturday the Israeli occupation against the consequences of bombing the Al-Quds Hospital in Gaza, affiliated with the Palestinian Red Crescent.

Albanese wrote, through her account on the “X” platform, “This will be another atrocity that the member states of the United Nations must prevent.”

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society has said that the Israeli occupation is preparing to commit another brutal act by bombing a new hospital crowded with patients and displaced people in the Gaza Strip.

The Red Crescent Society confirmed that it had received “Israeli” threats to bomb Al-Quds Hospital in the Gaza Strip, noting that the hospital includes more than 400 patients and about 12,000 displaced civilians who took refuge in it as a safe place, in addition to medical staff.

The society called on the world to take immediate and urgent action to prevent a new massacre like the one that occurred at Al-Ahli Arab Hospital (Al-Ma’amdani), which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of hundreds of people.
