Palestinian citizen injured by Israeli occupation gunfire near Jericho

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 11 (YPA) – A Palestinian citizen was injured by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire and another was arrested, on Monday morning, during a Zionist military raid into Aqbat Jabr camp in the Jericho governorate in the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its field teams transported a wound citizen in the foot to Jericho Hospital during the incursion of the occupation forces into Aqbat Jabr refugee camp.

According to Palestinian sources, the occupation arrested another young man after raiding his house in the same camp.

Moreover, a special Israeli occupation force infiltrated the Aqbat Jabr camp and surrounded a number of citizens’ homes, sparking armed clashes with the resistance, the sources explained.

The same sources indicated that the occupation forces tampered with the contents of Palestinian homes during their incursion into the camp.
