Palestinian prisoners declare open hunger strike

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 03 (YPA) – Palestinian prisoners in Israeli occupation prisons announced on Sunday that they will carry out an open hunger strike starting on September 14.

This comes against the backdrop of extremist Zionist Minister Itamar Ben Gvir’s decision to reduce visits to prisoners’ families.

In a statement, the Prisoners’ Committee demanded the cessation of all decisions and policies taken to restrict prisoners and their living conditions, as well as the return of all rights that were taken away during the past period.
