Two Ukrainian drones shot down over Russia’s Bryansk, Kursk regions

WORLD, Aug 27 (YPA) – Russian forces destroyed two Ukrainian drones over the territory of the Russian provinces of Bryansk and Kursk in the early hours of Sunday, the country’s defense ministry said in a statement.

According to the statement, “In the night and morning hours of August 27, the Kiev regime made another attempt to launch terrorist attacks on the territory of Russia using drones.”

“The air defense systems discovered and destroyed the drones while flying over the territory of the Bryansk and Kursk regions,” the statement said.

It was the second of such incident in Bryansk within hours, as Russian defense reported that one Ukrainian drone was shot down in the territory of the province at about 21.45 pm on Saturday.
