Gold prices witness slight rise in Sanaa, stabilize in Aden

SANAA, Aug. 26 (YPA) – Gold prices on Saturday witnessed a slight rise in the capital Sana’a and the rest of the governorates under the control of Salvation Government, while prices of gold stabilized in Aden and rest provinces under the control of coalition forces.

The last update of prices in the goldsmith shops in the capital Sanaa, according to the “Yemen Economist” website, is as to follow:-
– Price of one gram of Gold 21 karat: Purchase = 28,000 YER, Sale = 30,000 YER.
– Price of one Gold Pound: Purchase = 226,000 YER, Sale = 230,000 YER.

The updated gold prices in the goldsmith shops in Aden are as to follow:-
– Price of one gram of Gold 21 karat: Purchase = 77,000 YER, Sale = 83,000 YER.
– Price of one Gold Pound: Purchase = 613,000 YER, Sale = 630,000 YER.
