ADEN, Aug 16 (YPA) -A man has blown himself up with a grenade on Tuesday in Yemen’s southern port city of Aden, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition’s factions.
According to local sources in the city, a member of the “Security Belt Forces” detonated a grenade, which resulted in his death along with a woman near him in the middle of the main street in the Dar Saad area.
Their identity has not been identified Yet, the sources said.
The sources indicated that the man got off one of the buses near the gas station in Dar Saad and tried to kidnap a woman who was screaming and shouting that he would kill her with a grenade.
The same sources explained that the man threatened citizens to blow up the bomb if one of them intervened and exploded instantly, tearing his body to pieces.
Other sources reported that a member of the “Security Belt” faction who was drunk, was killed during an attempt to kidnap a woman by detonating a hand grenade while citizens were trying to rescue her in the middle of the street
