Palestinian killed by Israeli occupation forces near Nablus

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Aug 10 (YPA) – A Palestinian young man has died on Thursday after sustaining serious wounds during an armed clash with Israeli occupation forces when they stormed the village of Zawata, west of Nablus, in the northern West Bank.

According to local sources, Ameer Khalifa, 27, was hit with a bullet to the head.

The sources pointed out that the occupation forces stormed the outskirts of Zawata village and deployed a number of soldiers at the main entrance of the village.

Armed clashes broke out, during which resistance fighters targeted the occupation patrols with bullets and improvised explosive devices.
