Protest rally held in Abyan against security chaos

ABYAN, July. 29 (YPA) – Dozens of residents of Ahwar district in Abyan province, south of Yemen, organized on Saturday a rally to protest against the escalating security chaos in the district.

In the rally, the protesters demanded urgent action to end the state of chaos and security unrest in the district, which left dozens of dead and wounded, holding the coalition and its factions responsible for the security chaos.

Ahwar is witnessing unprecedented security chaos and continuous armed tribal clashes that took place last week between the tribes of Al-Arjan and Al-Jaiba, which resulted in the death and injury of six people.
