8 people killed due to shell explosion in Marib

MARIB, July 25 (YPA) – Eight people from one family were killed on Tuesday when a shell that was stored inside a house of an arms dealer exploded in Wadi Obayda area of Marib province, a local source told Yemen Press Agency.

The source confirmed to that citizen Fadel al-Megrahi, his wife, five of his children and another person were killed by the explosion of a shell that was stored in their house in al-Hawi area, while trying to deal with it.

The source noted that the explosion completely destroyed the home.
