SAADA July 17 (YPA) – Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, was briefed during his visit to Saada province on Monday on the extent of the destruction left by the Saudi-led coalition on the province in general and Haidan district in particular.
The Prime Minister got acquainted with the damage to the Imam Al-Hadi Mosque, whose construction dates back to the third century AH, in Saada city after it was subjected to an airstrike in 2015. He visited the shrine of Imam al-Hadi, which is located next to the mosque.
During his visit, Dr. bin Habtoor was also briefed on the destruction of the house of the martyr leader, Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, in the Haidan district as a result of frequent targeting by the US-backed Saudi-Emirati coalition, which turned the house into rubble.
The Prime Minister listened to an explanation about the first beginnings of the launch of the Quranic march against injustice and the Zionist project and its strategic ambitions in the Arab and Islamic region, and that was through the lectures of the martyr leader to his home visitors and supporters.
Dr. Bin Habtoor visited the martyr leader’s tomb, which is located in the courtyard of his house, and saw the destruction that affected it due to a series of air raids by the coalition warplanes.
The Prime Minister and his companions also visited the cemeteries of martyrs in the Al-Saifi area and Matra in Sahar district, which contain the bodies of the martyrs of the homeland who fought legendary heroic battles against the hordes of the Saudi-led coalition and its mercenaries, including the body of the hero martyr Taha Al-Madani.
In a media statement, the Prime Minister renewed his strong condemnation of the destructive actions committed by the US-Saudi-Emirati coalition in Saada province, the capital’s secretariat, Sanaa, and all provinces.
He expressed his pleasure at visiting the province of Saada in general and the shrine of martyr leader Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, whose honesty, vital speech, and trend have been demonstrated by his lectures at the national, Arab, and Islamic levels.
