Number of STC militants killed, injured in attack in Abyan

ABYAN, June 25 (YPA) – A number of UAE-affiliated militants UAE-affiliated were killed on Sunday and others were injured in an attack in Abyan province, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, a number of Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s factions were killed and injured due to attack by al-Qaeda elements in Wadi Omran of Mawdiyah district, confirming burning two military pick-up vehicles and causing damage to their equipment.

This attack is considered as the third one that target the Transitional factions in a week.
