19 Israeli soldiers wounded in Negev desert

OCCUPIED QUDS, June 11 (YPA) – At least 19 Israeli soldiers were injured when a bus they were traveling in overturned in the Negev desert on Sunday, according to Russia Today’s correspondent in occupied Quds.

Israeli soldiers from the mixed “Bardelas” battalion had refused to work a 12-hour shift on the Egyptian border in recent days, as is customary in the Strip, due to the attack carried out by Egyptian soldier Mohamed Salah, which killed three of their colleagues.

The fighters explained to the commanders in the battalion that they were unable to perform such long shifts, and that they had decided to refuse to serve with the support of their parents, according to the Hebrew “Wala” website.

The soldiers criticized the battalion leadership for requiring them to take long shifts despite the weather conditions, and claimed that they feel useless when they are in the field for a long time.
