HADRAMOUT, May 29 (YPA) – The UAE-affiliated Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias in Hadramout warned the leadership of the pro-Islah “First Military Region” for the consequences of its military escalation in the Wadi districts of the province, east of Yemen.

Several activists called on the forces of the STC to cut off supplies and communication arteries with the “Region” via Marib, following the arrival of vanguards from the Saudi-funded “Dara al-Watan” forces led by Bashir al-Mudharibi al-Subaihi at Jardan Junction towards al-Abr area to take over the tasks of securing the Hadramout Valley.

Military observers believed that “Darar al-Watan” preparing to deploy in the areas of Wadi Hadramout on the ruins of the “First Military” in accordance with Saudi dictates to preserve its interests in front of the Emirates.

They emphasized that Saudi Arabia gave the First Region a deadline to leave towards Marib, in a dangerous development by the coalition to ignite the fuse of confrontations with the Sanaa forces there.
