Civil Defense launches sirens in capital Sanaa

SANAA, May 24 (YPA) – The Civil Defense Authority in the capital, Sanaa, launched sirens on Wednesday evening along the “Saelah” (the main rainwater stream in Sanaa city), warning of the torrents.

The authority warned, in a statement issued this evening, against being present or crossing the torrential passages and water estuaries during the rains, calling on motorists to exercise caution during the rain due to the low level of visibility.
