WORLD, May 18 (YPA) – Former US President Donald Trump has vowed to reveal all files related to the assassination of former President John F. Kennedy if he is re-elected, as his leading rival Ron DeSantis prepares to announce his candidacy.
“I released a lot, as you know. And I will release everything else,” former Trump said of the JFK files, in an interview Monday with The Messenger.
Asked if the public should be concerned about the confidentiality of JFK’s records, Trump said: “Well, I don’t want to comment on that. But I’ll tell you that I revealed a lot. I will reveal the remaining part very early in my term.”
Florida Governor DeSantis is expected to launch his 2024 presidential campaign next week, sources told CBS News, noting that his plans to submit his papers to the Federal Election Commission to formalize his presidential candidacy have been timed to coincide with the Miami meeting of some of the governor’s longtime most generous donors, who are expected to receive briefings on campaign strategy and requests help for raising large sums of cash.
