Security official killed in Shabwa shooting

SAHBWA, May 16 (YPA) – A security official in Shabwa province, which is under the control of the UAE-backed factions, was shot dead on Monday in the province.

Local sources said that Abdullah Al-Marzqi, a director of criminal investigations in the coastal Mayfaa district, south of Shabwa, was killed by one of his relatives who was suffering from a psychological condition.

Al-Marzqi’s three bodyguards were injured during the operation, the source added.
