Sanaa calls on coalition to declare clear position on STC’s escalation

SANAA, May 09 (YPA) – Member of the Sanaa negotiating delegation, Abdul-Malik Al-Ajri, commented on that the escalatory step by the Sauid-led caoaltion factions in Aden city, south of Yemen.

Al-Ajri considered on Twitter the escalating step, which announced by the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) a complete coup against the entity of the Republic of Yemen, cannot take place without a green light from the coalition countries.

“The arrangement for the return of the leaders of the STC with the goal of preparing for this escalating step in the context of the existing negotiating atmosphere and the good endeavors of the Sultanate of Oman during the last period, raises question marks from the inner will that do not reflect good intentions towards the existing understandings and towards Yemen and its unity,” he added.

Al-Ajri called on the coalition countries to declare a clear position on this escalatory step.
