Iranian Air Defense Commander: Zionist entity should not think about an air attack on Iran

TEHRAN, April 29 (YPA) – The Iranian Air Defense Commander, Ali Reza Sabahi Fard, confirmed on Friday that the Zionist entity should not even think of aggression and air attacks on Iranian airspace and that the Zionist entity should take care of its internal problems instead of threatening Iran.

Fars News Agency quoted Brigadier General Ali Reza Sabahi Fard as saying: “The Iranian air defense force is among the first air defense forces in the region, and this issue represents an undeniable reality.”

He added, “The equipment that we are using at the present time in the country’s air defense, especially in the air defense force of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s army, is the most powerful and modern equipment in the world.”

Fard continued, saying: “At the present time, regarding air defense equipment in all its fields, including monitoring, surveillance, interception systems, reconnaissance systems, and information and communication technology systems, we are not dependent on any country and do not need it, and we have self-sufficiency.”

Regarding the threats of the Zionist entity, Brigadier General Fard said: “If they are able to do something, then let them control their problems, and they should not even think about aggression and an air attack on Iranian airspace, and of course they realize that if they want to do so, they will receive a devastating response that makes them bite their fingers of regret.”
