Shabwa Alliance calls on coalition to arrest sheikh Al-Bani’s killers

SHABWA, April 24 (YPA) – The so-called Alliance of the Sons and Tribes of Shabwa in eastern Yemen called on the Saudi-led coalition forces to quickly arrest the killers of the religious man, sheikh Abdullah Al-Bani, in Bayhan district of the province.

The Alliance made a statement on Monday after the backdrop of the killing of Al-Bani at the hands of a security force affiliated with the coalition factions in the oil and gas-rich province.

On Friday, Al-Bani, who is loyal to the coalition, was killed while delivering a sermon on Eid Al-Fitr in the district of Bayhan, in which he called on all armed factions to unite for keeping the interest of the country and the people.
