SANAA, March 16 (YPA) – The death tolls from landslides in the southeast of Turkey have risen to 15 people, according to the Turkish Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu.
The minister said in a statement on Thursday that two people were killed in Adıyaman city, and, 13 others were killed in Şanlıurfa, as a result of the floods that swept the two cities, adding that search and rescue work being continued to find 5 missing people.
Hundreds of homes were flooded in the provinces, and bridges and roads were partially destroyed due to the heavy rains.
