Huge fire kills several citizens in Aden

ADEN, Feb. 27 (YPA) – About 3 citizens died on Monday when a huge fire broke out in a furniture sales center in the city of Aden, southern Yemen.

Local sources in the city confirmed that the fire targeted Al-Dobai Furniture Center, near the Crater post office at the entrance to the Old City, which led to the death of 3 employees of the center.

The sources stated that the fire devoured also the goods on the ground floor of the center, without the intervention of the civil defense vehicles in time, which came too late.

The sources suggested that the fire broke out due to an electric short circuit, without disclosing the financial losses.
