Citizens killed in Hodeida traffic accidents

SANAA, Feb. 23 (YPA) – At least 13 people were killed and 79 others wounded in 29 traffic accidents in Hodeida province.

In a statistic issued by Police department in the province, the causes of traffic accidents attributed to excessive speed, negligence of drivers and pedestrians, and technical defects in vehicles.

The traffic department called on all citizens to abide by traffic rules and regulations, adhere to the legal speed and periodic technical inspection of vehicles in order to preserve their safety and the safety of others.
