Coalition’s disputes lead to stagnation of Yemen political action: Official

SANAA, Feb. 06 (YPA) – The former Yemeni Foreign Minister, Abu Bakr al-Qirbi, affirmed that the Saudi-led coalition differences, the intersection of foreign agendas and interests on Yemen led to the stagnation of international political action.

“The stagnation of the various negotiations will threaten Yemen with agreements that may absolve the external parties from the consequences of the war,” he said on Twitter.

He warned of the consequences of “leaving Yemen hostage to Chapter 7,” which would lead to a civil war that may deepen chaos and prevent the building of the state with all its components again.”
