Woman killed after military pickup vehicle collides with bus in Lahj

LAHJ, Jan. 07 (YPA) – One woman died and others were injured on Friday after a collision between a military pickup vehicle and a passenger bus in Lahj, southern Yemen.

Media sources explained that a military vehicle belonging to the militia of the so-called “Fifth Brigade”, which was driving at high speed, hit a minibus carrying citizens, near the militia camp, which led to the death of a woman and they injury of others.

The sources reported that the woman is a resident from  Aberasloom area, west of the city of Al-Hawta, the capital of Lahj.

The UAE-affiliated STC militia commits many crimes against citizens, in addition to the incidents that claim their lives continuously in Aden and the rest of the areas under its control.
