Transport, Public Works Ministers discuss developing work in transport, road sectors

SANAA, Jan. 04 (YPA) – Minister of Transport, Abdulwahhab Al-Durra, and Minister of Public Works and Roads, Ghaleb Mutlaq, on Wednesday discussed the coordination mechanism for developing work in the fields of transport, roads and bridges.

In the meeting, the two ministers reviewed studies of the priority projects to be implemented during the next phase in airports, land and sea ports, in a way that contributes to the development and improvement of services to citizens.

The investment opportunities in the transport sector, which will be presented at the investment forum to be held on the 16th of this month, as well as the damage to the main road network due to overloads of heavy transport trucks were discussed during the meeting.
