Amount of liquor seized by Al-Rahida customs in Taiz

TAIZ, Dec. 26 (YPA) – Al-Rahda Customs Center in Taiz province on Monday managed to seize a quantity of liquor hidden on a passenger bus.

Director of the center, Nabil al-Numaili, stated that during a thorough inspection by the center’s cadres of customs police specialists in cooperation with the anti-smuggling unit a quantity of alcohol bottles were found hidden on the bus.

The control operations carried out by the various customs centers continue with their monitoring and auditing efforts for all commodities and merchandise, as the customs centers and offices have recently managed to seize many infringing and prohibited materials.
