Zionist enemy targets Palestinian homes in southern Gaza Strip

GAZA, Dec. 25 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces on Saturday night targeted the homes of Palestinian citizens east of Khan Yunis governorate in the southern Gaza Strip.

According to WAFA News Agency, the Zionist enemy soldiers stationed in the eastern Gaza Strip opened fire on homes and properties of citizens east of the town of Khuza’a, causing material damages  to one of the houses. No casualties have been reported.

In addition, the Zionist enemy authorities opened floodgates near the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip, flooding hundreds of dunums of Palestinian agricultural land.

Local sources said that the water devastated vast tracts of land in the eastern Gaza City while dozens of other cultivated lands were flooded.

The farmers incurred heavy losses as a result of the floods.
