STC deploys its militia across Aden

ADEN, Dec. 13 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’ militia on Tuesday intensified its deployment in the city of Aden.

Southern media sources reported that groups affiliated with the so-called “Southern Resistance” loyal to the STC arrived from the governorates of Lahj and Abyan to Aden in support for its leader Abdul Nasser Al-Baawa “Abu Hammam” after the head of pro-coalition government, Moeen Abdul Malik issued directives to arrest him, over storming the Ministry of Higher Education.

According to the sources, the leaders of the “Southern Resistance” held a meeting to discuss ways to respond to measures taken Moeen Abdul Malik to refer “Abu Hammam” to the prosecution, and a statement will be issued from him.
