Speaker of Parliament congratulates his counterpart of Finland on National Day

SANAA, Dec. 08 (YPA) – The Speaker of Parliament, Yahya Ali al-Rai, sent on Thursday a cable of congratulations to the Speaker of the Finnish parliament, Matti Vanhanen, on the occasion of his country’s National Day celebrations.
